Where can I get vaccinated?
See below for locations and directions. If your preferred Optum location is not on the list below, please contact your primary care provider for information about where you can go for the vaccines you need at a location near you.
New Jersey
For our patients in New Jersey, the flu vaccine is available at all our New Jersey urgent care, primary care and pediatric locations. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are welcomed.
NJ locations are offering the Flucelvax Quadrivalent vaccine for patients under 65 years old. For patients over 65 years old, NJ locations are offering Fluad Quadrivalent, high dose. These locations do not offer the FluMist.
COVID-19 vaccines are available for adult and pediatric patients. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination is only available for pediatric patients.
New York
Our New York patients can visit their pediatrician, obstetrician (OB) or primary care provider for flu vaccinations. Walk-ins and same day appointments are welcomed.

Where can I get vaccinated for COVID-19?
The new COVID-19 vaccine is available at our clinics. No appointment needed. Walk in welcome.
Where can I find flu mist for my child?
FluMist is NOT available for walk-in patients. FluMist will be available in limited quantities for pediatric patients. Please call your provider’s office for more information.
What can I expect?
- Masks are optional in all our offices.
- The nurse will review your health history and any reactions you may have had to previous vaccines.
- You should not come for your flu vaccine if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or any type of illness. Your vaccine will be deferred until you are feeling well.
- It is helpful to wear short/no sleeve shirts.
